The Position
This position will lead the new product development process for company by developing a strong pipeline of projects and justifying those projects based on competitive market analysis.
The project pipeline will include a balance of cost reduction, performance management, and product line extensions. Key projects will also include the qualification of second sources of key raw materials in support of the corporate procurement team. The Product Development Engineer will also lead the periodic assessment of competitive products, which will be an integral part of developing a market-centric project pipeline.
This position will support process management in the engineering department by documenting lab, coater and field trials and ensuring lab and test methods are developed and maintained as needed. The Product Development Engineer will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key New Product Development Process metrics

This position reports to the Vice President of Technology

Job Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's of science degree in engineering, preferably in chemical engineering and, at minimum, 5 years of job-related experience. Knowledge of paper-making chemistry is beneficial.

The successful candidate must be strategic and be able to execute by delivering on projects that enable the company to reach its growth objectives within the product strategy. The ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization, provide up-to-the-minute tracking of progress for individual projects and over-all pipeline management is critical.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
