Quality Manager

In this position, you will work directly with customers on quality and technical issues, make field visits as appropriate, and provide technical direction for customer product/performance issues. You will also support product enhancement efforts with data driven analysis and lead the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will effectively monitor, evaluate, and report on key quality metrics, and identify and maintain documentation to manage a highly successful quality management system.
In this position:
You will develop and lead a world-class and metrics-centric quality department.
Report to the Operations Manager.
You will work directly with customers on quality and technical issues
Make field visits as appropriate, and provide technical direction for customer product/performance issues.
You will also support product enhancement efforts with data driven analysis and lead the implementation of new processes and procedures.
You will effectively monitor, evaluate, and report on key quality metrics, and identify and maintain documentation to manage a highly successful quality management system.

Bachelor of Science degree preferred
Minimum five years work experience in Quality.
Excellent technical writing skills, particularly pertaining to creation of documentation.
Track record of getting things done, bias for action, high energy, excellent time and task management, effective verbal and written communicator, positive team player, and solid computer skills.
ISO 14001 experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
