Position:
Financial Reporting AnalystAs a Financial Reporting Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team, contributing to both internal and external financial reporting processes.
Reporting directly to the Financial Accounting Senior Director, you'll handle intricate transactions like business combinations while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Your dedication to accuracy and timeliness will be key in maintaining the integrity of our financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Research and implement technical accounting interpretations and pronouncements, staying updated on evolving standards.
- Support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and facilitating a smooth audit experience.
- Maintain schedules and documentation supporting financial statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and review of US GAAP financial statements and disclosures, incorporating updates as necessary.
- Uphold current accounting policies and procedures, conducting periodic assessments and sharing findings with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to additional reporting requirements, such as debt covenant compliance and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant financial accounting experience, preferably including SEC reporting, or 6
years in public accounting with Big 4 experience.
- Strong proficiency in technical accounting principles and practices, demonstrated through experience in preparing technical accounting memos and financial statement disclosures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, including areas such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), share-based compensation, and consolidation accounting.
- Preferred experience with software capitalization, international operations accounting, and purchase accounting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range:
$145,000-$160,000 (may vary based on experience and location)
