Responsibilities:
oPartner with senior leaders and the broader L&D, TM and HR teams to understand specific needs for new employees joining the organization across all levels oPartner with CEO and Executive Leadership Team members on facilitation of the brand immersion program oManage new employee experience programs from end-to-end, including communication, event management and program analysis oCommunicate with learners and cross-functional business partners as needed to support program enrollment, participation and learning materials oServe as facilitator of new employee programs oEnsure all brand immersion programs are aligned, implemented, and leveraged across the organization oInfluence and advocate for the best learner experience oIdentify innovative and cost-effective solutions for new employee experiences oIdentify, partner with, and manage appropriate external vendors oRespond to and resolves issues related to position with minimal supervision oManage course materials, rosters, and calendar oUse data to measure success:
learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to continuously improve learning experiences oDemonstrate a commitment to professional and personal growth by initiating dialogue with team members, attending learning events, engaging in self-directed learning and focusing on professional development goals oPlan, organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency oOther duties as assigned Requirements/
Qualifications:
oEducation level:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience o3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce oUnderstanding of adult learning theory and principles oWell versed in digital learning, just-in-time, and blended learning strategies oDemonstrated skill in designing and implementing development programs for all audiences oExcellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization oFlexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment oExcellent facilitation skills. Experience in small and large group facilitation in multiple modalities oExperience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs/processes oVery detail-oriented & organized oHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. oAbility to travel as needed
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
